Q. What is MedBlaster and who uses it?
A. Job Seekers: MedBlaster is an online resume distribution system specifically designed for pharmaceutical, medical, and biotech sales job seekers, employers, and recruiters. Job seekers fill out one simple online form and MedBlaster will zap their resume into over 100 pharmaceutical, medical, and biotech sales employers and recruiters inbox, new employers and recruiters are added weekly.
This is the fastest way to get to the decision makers without forcing them to pay $10,000 or more to find you on job boards or advertisements. Note: We only distribute your resume, we are not involved in the hiring process nor do we have any control over the contact policy of our members. Do I need Pharmaceutical Sales Experience to use MedBlaster?: No, recruiters are paid a commission by employers when they get you hired. Some recruiters only place experienced job seekers some place candidates with no experience. We have a mixture of both using MedBlaster.
A. Employers and Recruiters: Employers and recruiters receive copies of the resumes via email at no fee from active job seekers. Currently we only distribute job seekers looking for pharmaceutical, medical, and biotech sales positions from entry level to senior sales.
Q. What service will I get from MedBlaster?
A. If your a job seeker your resume will be sent multiple employers, recruiters, and hiring professionals looking for pharmaceutical, medical, and biotech sales candidates. We pre-screen every employer and recruiter before they are added to our distribution list. Note: we are not involved in the recruitment or hiring process, we simply send your resume to their registered email box.
Q. Who will receive my resume?
A. Pharmaceutical, medical, and biotech sales employers, sales managers, and 3rd party recruiting firms. Click here for a sample list. Your resume is sent into their email box.
Q. How do I keep my information confidential? Is my current employer a member?
A. You can always replace the current employer field with the word CONFIDENTIAL and/or contact us first to see if your employer is on our list.
Q. How will I know my resume has been sent?
A. All resumes are sent within 72 hours. As compared to other resume broadcasting services a live person reviews all resume before they are sent in order to find format or contact information errors. You will recieve confirmation after payment informing you that your resume is ready for sending.
Q. Will I receive calls right away from recipients of my resume?
A. As with any standard application process we have no control over the hiring process or contact policy of the registered employers and recruiters. We can guarantee that your resume will be delivered to the decision makers looking to hire pharmaceutical, medical, and biotech sales professionals. We are not involved in recruitment nor the policy and hiring process or our members.
Q. Do you offer any type of guarantee?
A. We guarantee that all paying customers will have their resume sent to the active and registered employers and recruiters. If, within 30 days after purchase date, you are not satisfied we will re-send your resume at no cost. Simply contact us with your original order date, name, and email address used during registration to qualify.
Q. How is payment processed and is it secure?
A. We have selected Paypal to process all payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Paypal offers service to users in 38 countries including the United States. They have over 20 million registered users. PayPal was recently acquired by eBay, and is located in Mountain View, California.
