Pharmaceutical Sales Interview Tip: PDF resumes or MS Word resumes
Posted in Interview Tips by adminAs a pharmaceutical headhunter/recruiter I received hundreds of resumes per week. Occasionally I would receive resumes in a PDF format. Most recruiters and employers now use resume extraction tools that automatically pulls out all the text and places into what is called an applicant tracking system so they can manage the hiring process. When you send your resume in a PDF format the resume cannot be scanned and imported.
The best format for all pharmaceutical sales resume is Microsoft Word.
